modern stay with excellent facilities

coin-operated machine daily breakfast exhibition center

the hotel featured a useful coin-operated washing machine and dryer for guest convenience i found the gym, pool, sauna, and steam room very nice the location proved great, especially with its proximity to the exhibition center and public transport daily breakfast buffet was included and quite extensive. i found the luxurious robes and linen added a touch of comfort.

i experienced issues with the wifi it connected but failed to load anything this forced me to disconnect and rely on mobile data the in-room tv shared the same faulty wifi preventing access to internet tv and limiting available channels.

the room features a vanity unit, a toilet, a shower, and ample clothes storage just beyond that area rests the king size bed dim motion sensor lights provide guidance to the toilet at night.

breakfast includes bespoke eggs made upon request breakfast offered everything one could want the modern hotel provides a spacious lobby with work and seating areas it also has spaces for recreation such as a pool table, table football, and a piano.

Adequate Stay, but Some Issues

The bar was not open . It made evenings dull. TVs in the rooms did not support Chromecast. Breakfast was basic and the warm options were lukewarm. It was not worth paying extra for. The coffee from a machine tasted terrible.

i found the staff to be very friendly and helpful . my room had modern decor and was quite comfortable. the location was convenient for events at excel. i really liked the easy access to transportation options.

i think the website advertised prices could be more transparent regarding all applicable fees.

the hotel is near the excel center and that is very convenient. the dlr station is also very close, offering quick access to other parts of the city. it made attending events and traveling around super easy.

impressed with the excel stay

excellent staff excellent size convenient location

the staff across all departments were excellent. breakfast offered many extras and i felt well looked after. my room was an excellent size, equipped with everything i needed. the location was also very convenient for attending an event at excel centre.

The soundproofing could be improved. i could hear corridor noise quite easily. A door upgrade may be needed.
