Adequate Stay, but Some Issues

The bar was not open . It made evenings dull. TVs in the rooms did not support Chromecast. Breakfast was basic and the warm options were lukewarm. It was not worth paying extra for. The coffee from a machine tasted terrible.

i found the staff to be very friendly and helpful . my room had modern decor and was quite comfortable. the location was convenient for events at excel. i really liked the easy access to transportation options.
i think the website advertised prices could be more transparent regarding all applicable fees.

the staff across all departments were excellent. breakfast offered many extras and i felt well looked after. my room was an excellent size, equipped with everything i needed. the location was also very convenient for attending an event at excel centre.
The soundproofing could be improved. i could hear corridor noise quite easily. A door upgrade may be needed.
