the location was excellent for shopping and accessing the tube. breakfast was easily accessible, even if you don't get it at the hotel. the mall is right outside the door, super convenient!!!

The shower tray had hardly any indent. the water flowed straight onto the floor. the bathroom ended up flooded, not fun at all. there was a wake up call at 6am. I definitely did not request this.

the hotel is close to stratford station. this location makes access to various parts of the city quite easy. the room included water. coffee and tea. i found the toiletries nice, including shampoo and conditioner.

The room was not cleaned well. I noticed some liquid marks in the bathroom.

i found the location ideal for my needs with stratford station so close. the room, a beautiful king room olympic park view, was very clean and well-equipped. i appreciated the helpful and polite nature of all the staff, always ready to assist with a smile (it really made a difference). the breakfast was comprehensive, offering a wide selection to suit various tastes.

i did notice the gym equipment seemed slightly dated, but it was still functional.

Convenient stay near Stratford station

The hotel is very close to Stratford underground and overground station. It is a short trip on National Express from Stansted airport to here. I was given an early check-in without asking when I arrived at 11am. The room contained a comfortable bed, pillows, a fridge, and a safe. Water was delivered daily to my room. The location is excellent with easy access to shows and excursions using the tube. Westfield Shopping Centre and the ABBA Arena are an easy walk.

I found it difficult to find the hotel initially.

Security at the hotel was good and the concierge staff at the door were very cute. I received a letter of apology from the duty manager for a past issue. The staff was friendly and helpful overall.
