"Thy only provided 1 towel per person otherwise location great even for tourists- lovely morning walk approx 20 min through marina and business towers to the next underground/uber boat, else bus station is right in front. Bed very comfy"

good location complimentary tea loud road stained carpet

the location suited my needs for working near canary wharf. the room provided complimentary tea and coffee. the bathroom was of a good size and seemed clean.

the road outside was quite loud. also, the carpet had stains. the reception desk looked busy. i felt bad bothering them.

the room was nice and neat. the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was convenient for getting around.

The rooms were cold. They were unable to fix it. contacting the front desk was nearly impossible. airbnb would have been a better value.

sewage smell parking issues

The bathroom really let the room down, to be honest. there was a persistent smell of sewage. It was not pleasant at all. the staff didn't seem particularly interested in helping with parking issues either, frustrating

friendly staff train station

The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful, especially with directions. The location made getting around quite easy, since the train station was close by.
