great tablefantastic food
The hotel's restaurant provided fantastic food, and views of Excel were WONDERFUL. Anusree looked after us so well. She ensured we had a great table and everything we needed.
The rooms were clean, but the air conditioning seemed ineffective. It was quite warm for sleeping.

i received a standard queen room. the room was clean and the bedding was super clean, which i appreciated. the air conditioner worked fine, it was a great feature.
The sofa bed in the room was only big enough for one child. my daughter ended up sleeping on the hard floor on a folded duvet. the bin in the bathroom hadn't been emptied after the previous occupant either. It was not ok.

the hotel is easy to find. it is also close to the train stations. the staff were very helpful and useful. the rooms were very clean and tidy.
the greeting felt very unenthusiastic. i wasn't given any information about breakfast or facilities and had to ask for details. the toilet felt very basic. it felt almost like a temporary cabin setup.

i found the room spacious and tidy. the view from the seventh floor overlooked excel. i appreciated the easy connections to central areas, a short walk to the elizabeth line or dlr.
the body wash was nice , but i did not find any conditioner to go with the shampoo.

the breakfast had a wide spread of options , and i found the quality to be good. i also had some drinks at the bar , and the ambience was nice.

the hotel is in a quiet location , ideal if you need to be near the docklands area. eateries and convenience stores are nearby , which i found very useful. it is close to the o2 arena too.
