a stay with minor issues
friendly staff helpful staff excel proximity uncomfortable bed cleaner issue slow service
the hotel has a friendly staff who are always ready to help. asfand was very helpful with check in and even when i lost my room key. the location suited my need to be near excel.
the bed was uncomfortable and quite hard. cleaners did wake me up by banging on the door on two mornings. the card machine process seemed too long at the bar.

a heartful retreat
friendly staff rapid cleaning clean room
the staff were so friendly and polite, always ready to help. during breakfast, they swiftly cleaned, ensuring comfortable seating for everyone. the location proved perfect for my event, just a short walk from excel. my room felt wonderfully clean, a true haven after a long day.
The room's temperature was not ideal. It felt too warm for true comfort.

The breakfast service was quite active. I noticed staff continuously cleaning the area. this ensured that other travellers could find a comfortable place to sit. It was a nice touch. the speed with that the service happened made my heart to melt.

i experienced careful, personal attention both at the service desk and within the restaurant. mr sultan, in particular, showed really good courtesy and offered a highly professional service. he was amazing.

small room chaotic breakfast
the staff were friendly and efficient! but the location was perfect for my stay, and i felt safe.
the room was quite small, it was advertised as 'brand new, with the latest colours, premium materials and softer, more cocooning furnishings'. it didn't feel premium, just a standard travellodge type feel. the breakfast was completely chaotic, and i found myself very stressed.
