damp smell dismissive staff
the damp smell was pretty intense, i must say. reported it immediately. they moved me around and wanted more money! to be fair, the new room also had that distinct aroma. willem, the duty manager, seemed unbothered. he clearly did not make an effort.

smooth stay!

fast service accommodating staff perfect stay
the staff were very accommodating and fast. requests were addressed promptly. i especially liked coco because she helped. she was really lovely.
The steam room needs to be a little cleaner. It was dirty both days i visited.

the hotel has good transport links. a bus stop is right outside. the old street underground station is also a short walk of about three minutes, so reaching destinations is straightforward.

my twin room had comfortable beds, that was convenient. the room had sufficient space to move around with ease. i also liked having views from the seventeenth floor. there were lots of amenities in the room.
