The staff was really friendly and helpful, especially with directions. The rooms were tidy, the bathroom especially. The location was super convenient, as the train station is near the hotel. I found the breakfast decent and it had various options.

the location felt great since it was near tube stations. the rooms, offered comfort in decent sizes. breakfast had thorough options at a fair price.

the heating in my room barely did its job, and london nights were cold. it take seven hours from enabling it for my room to get heated decently. there weren't many facilities included, felt really minimal.

The location offered convenient access to various attractions because the Aldgate East station was a short walk away. I found the Tower Bridge accessible with a pleasant walk. I appreciated the proximity to supermarkets and Brick Lane. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy.
