rude person room cleaning

the shuttle bus to the airport runs. that was mostly acceptable, i guess.

The check-in wasn't exactly smooth. The person acted as if i was bothering them just by existing. then, i found out the room cleaning didn't happen at all . honestly, i expected a bit more tidiness.

worn furniture tv remote

The airport shuttle seemed punctual enough. It got me to the hotel without much fuss. guess thats something.

The room i got, a standard room, reminded me of stepping back into the early 2000s, except not in a nostalgic way. the furniture looked worn, and there was this distinct smell, not exactly bad, but definitely like air freshener trying too hard to cover something up. also, the tv remote didn't work properly. I had to practically stand next to the tv to change channels.

good breakfast efficient staff

the breakfast had good selection and quality. the shuttle service to the airport i found very convenient. the staff were friendly and efficient when i asked for directions. the elevators were fast and easily accessible throughout my stay.

the price I paid seemed expensive for the room I had. the room lacked basic amenities. i think the hotel should look into this.
