I appreciate they held my baggage for the day before check-in. The hotel has beautiful and clean amenities. I found the staff very friendly plus the room was spacious. The pool was amazing too, a very good experience overall.

Mixed Feelings About This Hotel

The check-in process was not good. I arrived after the stated check-in time but had to wait about 20 minutes in line (it's a loooong wait) only to learn my room wasn't ready. No complimentary drink was offered. I returned a half hour later and was asked to show proof of payment. It took another 40 minutes to sort things out. breakfast was not good (it was supposed to be continental!).

the shuttle service to the airport was acceptable.

i found the room's heating system inadequate. it struggled to get above 20 degrees, it felt quite cold. the cleanliness also concerned me as i found dust in several areas. the sink was slow to drain, which i managed to fix myself with a cotton bud.
