the hotel is connected to the airport arrivals terminal, so reaching it was very convenient.
My room lacked basic amenities. There was no central light. the room description mentioned a bathrobe, but i could not find it anywhere in the bathroom. i also sent a message requesting breakfast in the room before arrival, but it was completely ignored.

the location was acceptable since i needed to be at the airport early.
The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. i found a previous guest's sock under the bed. also, the minibar was completely empty. I expected at least some water or basic beverages to be available for purchase but there was nothing.

the location is undeniably convenient, basically connected to the terminal (hard to beat that).
i encountered a few hiccups . upon arrival, i found the promised water bottles missing from the room (a minor inconvenience, but still). even worse, the shower drain was clogged (not exactly the luxury experience i anticipated).

the hotel's location is convenient. i easily walked to the trains and departure gates. reception was quick and recognised my club membership status. the staff at reception were great and very efficient. i had a wonderful overnight stay before catching an early flight home.
i found a samsung phone number on the floor under the bedside table, it was not clean enough.

the hotel offers direct access from the airport terminal. i easily followed the signs to the hotel entrance after exiting the airport. the hotel is directly connected to the airport via a tunnel so you don't even need to go outside.
