The staff were very helpful. I enjoyed the excellent chamber service. Reception staff were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast room staff were great and professional.
The location was loud at night. I used earplugs to manage the noise. The window was the only form of air conditioning. It did little to reduce the street sounds.

the hotel location is central. the stop for the Luas tram is very close. the staff was nice and helpful . the breakfast had huge choices and were freshly cooked.
my room faced the main street. i could hear buses and the tram. people shouting late in the evening made sleeping difficult. the room was also dated.
