the staff was helpful, gave tips. the copper alley bistro and darkey kelly's pub were both right at the hotel. food and drinks were great plus the trad irish music was good. the hotel have a handy pull in spot outside, i dropped bags off, took my rental car back easily.

the cleaners made noise from 7 o'clock till noon. it is impossible to sleep. there was also a terrible smell in the bathroom.

the staff in the hotel and bistro were amazing, offering great customer service. emma especially cared for the nervous bride. i remember tom, nathy, and anna among those who took care of us.

i found the fluctuating room prices a bit much. it seemed like a rip-off because of a city event, and it makes me hesitate to return to the city.
