The staff was very friendly. The location is GREAT! It is close to a Luas stop. The room was super clean.
The room was quite small. There were no USB ports by the bed, unfortunately. I ALSO noticed that the beds were too small.

I found the self check-in efficient and easy! my room had rituals body wash, shampoo and conditioner. the lounge and cafe area was great to relax in after a long day. It had good vibes. staff were friendly and offered a delicious to-go breakfast before my early start.

The hotel is near the luas smithfield stop. A tesco is also conveniently located at the stop. smithfield and stoneybatter offer options for pub crawls. the location provides easy access to live music entertainment at the hotel bar.

The staff was helpful and willing to prepare a to-go breakfast for my early departure! the staff ensured a crib was already set up in the room before my arrival. This was a thoughtful touch. staff members provided helpful tips for exploring the surrounding area.

The staff exuded such kindness, attending to every need with grace. the artwork adorning the walls and hallways whispered tales of a vibrant soul. I found myself captivated by each brushstroke. it all helped to create such a tender mood.

The staff at the reception were really attentive and helpful with directions. i especially liked the lounge area. It was a great space to unwind after a busy day exploring. so many supermarkets are nearby. This made it easy to grab snacks.
Our room was quite small, and this made moving around a bit challenging. there wasn't much space for our suitcases. I also noticed a lack of usb wall sockets, slightly inconvenient.
