The breakfast buffet was expansive. i appreciated the fresh and delicious items available each morning, it started my days well. the shuttle service to the airport was prompt and efficient. It took less than 15 minutes to reach the terminal.

The air conditioning unit in my room was quite noisy. It disrupted my sleep a bit. the phone in my room went unanswered when i tried to call, even though calls from outside the hotel connected.

The room's air conditioning did not work properly. It seemed disabled. I requested a fan, but the window did not open, so ventilation was poor. the internet service was unreliable, dropping out frequently.

The staff were helpful. They provided quick service. the room had great facilities and was very clean. the transfer to the airport was comfortable and on time.

The room was small. the bathroom sink had multiple cracks. the wall mount for the soap dispenser was broken. The dispenser rested on the side of the tub.

the check-in process took almost an hour. it was disorganized because of canceled flights and my mobile key on the app did not work. the bed was not comfortable, and i could not sleep well (i checked the mattress and its date was 12 years old).
