I found the room to be very clean. the tea kettle allowed me to make hot drinks (perfect for the chilly evenings). i was happy to have a nice shop right next door. the staff were friendly and polite . It added to the experience.

the hotel is near the city center (about a 20-minute walk to temple bar). a tram stop is nearby and provides easy access to various attractions. i found that the cobblestone pub is just across the road.

my room had comfortable beds and pillows. i had a balcony to get fresh air. the rooms have been refurbished well, giving it a modern feel and providing a pleasant atmosphere .

the breakfast each morning was wonderful (especially the variety of options available). the staff were lovely and always ready to assist. the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful with directions and recommendations.

The room had a coffee machine and also a kettle, with tea and coffee provided. An ironing board and iron were available in the room too! The buffet breakfast was delicious, with a great selection. It was included in the rate!
The pillows were quite hard, made sleeping a little difficult.

The hotel had a convenient location close to a cinema, a nice local pub, and also the Luas line, only two minutes from the hotel's front door. This made exploring very easy.

There was a safe room available for storing luggage until our room was ready! The hotel was very clean, and the staff maintained high standards throughout the entire hotel which was really appreciated.

The breakfast selection included gluten-free croissants, a wonderful treat! There were also bottles of water, and nice packets of biscuits available in the room with the tea and coffee facilities.

The staff was efficient, friendly, and quite helpful. They were always available to assist with any questions! The staff also facilitated a late checkout for me, something I greatly appreciated. They really wanted to help.

the hotel location worked well. it was close to the tram stop, approximately 200 yards. the room was also quite spacious, which i appreciated.
the cleanliness could have been better on arrival. the room felt dated, and i noticed there was no heating when i arrived around 4 pm. the staff provided a small space heater, but it was not adequate.
