the room was spacious. the beds were comfortable, and i slept well all nights. the breakfast buffet had many options including a traditional breakfast.

the shower lacked angle sloping. water escaped onto the bathroom floor causing a slip. the concierge service was not helpful.

i found the location very convenient, with easy access to transport links. The staff provides really good service. I particularly appreciate the cleanliness of the room, it was super clean on arrival. i enjoyed having several dining options available on-site.

The gym, while adequate, was somewhat small with limited equipment. I wish it had more space.

The room featured two twin beds, a work desk, and am ensuite bathroom, ALL was well. The bathroom included Molton Brown toiletries, this was a nice touch. A mini-fridge stocked with beverages also exists.

the concierge assisted WITH directions and recommendations, i value this service. Staff at reception addressed my queries efficiently. Housekeeping kept the room immaculate daily, this was noticeable.
