average stay with issues

acceptable locationrestaurant's stockunmanned omelette station
the hotel's location was acceptable for visiting the city center.
I encountered issues with the restaurant's stock. They were out of several items i tried to order, including moretti draft beer and jack daniel single barrel whiskey. the breakfast buffet was also lacking, with empty steam lines for sausages, bacon, beans, and scrambled eggs. the omelette station was unmanned. i am a hilton honors member and this experience was not up to par.

efficient city stay

helpful staffluggage storagedrinking water
i found the staff at check-in to be very helpful, assisting with luggage storage as i arrived early. this allowed me to explore the city comfortably until check-in time. sam was particularly attentive to my questions and ensured my stay was wonderful.
the policy of charging guests for drinking water seemed unnecessary given the room rate. i think this is a really bad business decision, especially when there is no complimentary drinking water available in the mini-bar. this situation creates an unwelcome feeling.

the hotel is conveniently near transportation services, so finding and remembering its location was straightforward. it is also a short walk to the city center, restaurants, bars, and shopping areas. this location provides easy access to various attractions.

the staff acted quick and seemed very friendly. the coffee barista worked awesome this morning. my latte tasted perfect. the room was quiet and clean. i loved the river view though the window.
i didn't get any complimentary drinking water in the room. i found out this hotel now charges guests for drinking water. this policy kinda spoiled the welcome a bit.
Facilities

the hotel featured laundry facilities available for guest use. this perk was excellent for longer stays. the lobby had a nice design.

the location seemed great. many attractions were within a short walk. trinity college, aviva stadium, grafton street, and temple bar were all easy to get to. it was easy exploring the area on foot.
