the location was ideal for shopping and seeing the sites. the hotel seemed new and very clean. i liked the large towels in the bathroom and the automatic lights plus curtain closing system. bath products were nice (i especially liked the shampoo).

i found instant coffee in the room, and i would have preferred a proper coffee maker.

the hotel is situated in a central area, convenient to many attractions. it is close to shopping areas and cultural spots. accessibility to various points of interest is quite easy from this spot.

staff members were friendly and offered helpful assistance. the reception staff provided quick support with inquiries. bar staff responded promptly to requests (they even remembered my usual drink).

The hotel's location allowed easy access to the attractions I wanted to see.

I must say, the room felt smaller than expected. The air conditioning barely functioned. It was allegedly due to the hotel's "eco" policy.. a convenient excuse, perhaps? This made sleeping comfortably quite difficult.

i found a modern design throughout the premises. the room had a large television with available apps. breakfast offered a large variety of choices from a good breakfast. the staff were young and very helpful.

the air conditioning did not work, and i contacted the service team multiple times about this.
