i found the rooms quite spacious with a well equipped kitchen. the reception service was great and they gave us welcome drinks for a holiday! i REALLY recommend this spot for anyone visiting. the staff is helpful, and the rooms suit long stays with microwaves and mini-fridges.
The beds need improvement. The mattress quality wasn't good. i felt the springs, which affected my sleep quality. i hope they address this soon.

the street outside were dark and felt a bit unsafe at night. this made coming back late a little worrying.

The staff was helpful! They provided rooms nearby for our group. Staff even surprised us with little birthday treats in the rooms. THIS surpassed all my expectations.
There was no telephone in the room to reception. I found only a chat feature. The chat kept telling me they had informed reception. They never contacted me.

I got a studio apartment. The room was comfortable. Almost all things are present in this room. I could save on a constraint budget.
There were other guests who were very loud on the hallway. They were yelling and slamming doors. This occurred between 1:30 am and 4:00 am. This did not allow us to sleep.

I found the lack of daily cleaning a considerable drawback. It was available only for stays of seven or more nights. This policy is unacceptable for the price. The expectation is daily cleaning.
