Community-driven Hospitality

Sala Bai Hotel & Restaurant School trains 150 students in hospitality annually, empowering underprivileged Cambodians. The hotel operates as a vocational training hub created by the French NGO Agir Pour le Cambodge. Each meal and stay directly contributes to students' hands-on learning and aids in the fight against poverty and human trafficking.

Training Program

The program lasts 11 months across five disciplines: Restaurant, Cooking, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Beauty Therapy. Every student receives comprehensive support covering training costs, accommodation, and daily expenses. Diplomas awarded are recognized by two Cambodian ministries, enhancing employability within the local industry.

Guests can enjoy culinary offerings prepared by trainees at the on-site training restaurant. The menu includes international and Khmer dishes, with special options for vegetarian and dietary preferences.
