The location was very convenient. It was close to many popular spots in the district. The breakfast had a good variety. Its inclusion was really nice. I appreciate doorman Johnny. He provided really good service to my family and me (he was so helpful!).

The room was clean and tidy. Housekeeping maintained it well. I found the room pretty comfy and soundproofing from the traffic quite good (I slept very well!).

weak coffeespa malfunction

The breakfast options were NOT the best. The coffee tasted weak. Even worse, a staff coughed over food. the advertised spa feature in my Premium King Room didn't work. That was a disappointment.
