"For me this place made sense, get the bus (5+ routes within walking distance, why pay 30k for a white-knuckle moto ride or 60 for a taxi when 7k for a bus takes the same amount of time), loads of shops in walking distance, a balcony with a washing machine and a bit of privacy."
