the reception was very close to the airport. the lovely lady at reception gave me a warm welcome. she gave me map to the city centre and offered additional guidance. the staff was helpful.
the breakfast was a bit too expensive for the value, given the other prices in the area

the hotel is excellently linked with the city center. there is a bus stop in front of the hotel that connects directly, with an easy transfer, to the city's heart in just about fifteen minutes.

The restaurant had good food. The breakfast was wonderful. the hotel offers a convenient shuttle to the airport. there is a free pool table to have fun, and the window opened, made the room really fresh.

the staff was helpful with directions. i appreciated that.
i found the single room quite small. it felt cramped and lacked sufficient space for luggage. the bathroom exhaust fan was also very loud and disruptive, especially at night. it definitely made it hard to sleep well

the staff at the front desk was attentive and provided clear explanations for all my queries (i appreciated their thoroughness). i found the location convenient with easy access to public transportation via tram and bus. the complimentary transit pass was a definite plus, allowing seamless travel around the area.

The hotel is very close to the airport. Public transportation is easily accessible. A bus stop sits very close to the hotel. The hotel provided a free bus ticket for travel within the area.
The gym lacked proper ventilation. I found it stuffy during my workout.

The breakfast selection was excellent. The hotel provides a good variety of choices. I found the food to be tasty and well-prepared each morning. It was a great way to start the day.

The staff was friendly. They were polite and helpful throughout my stay. Dominique at reception stood out, he gave excellent service. Desiree also gave me help at my early arrival.

The hotel offers great facilities . I took advantage of the on-site gym. I also saw there was a pool table available. The sauna was a great bonus after a long day.
