the staff was friendly and helpful (which i did appreciate).

i was disappointed by the wobbly toilet seat in my room. one side came off completely. also, the room i got was quite small and the view was not good at all. it really took away from the experience.

The airport shuttle service was SO punctual. The check-in process took only 15 minutes, and the waiting area near reception was comfortable. I found the staff to be very kind and helpful. The room was spacious and CLEAN!!!

The parking area seemed a little limited in size.

Really good Service and Convenient Location

I spent five nights at this hotel and TRULY enjoyed the service. The customer service was top tier. I especially appreciated the free shuttle service to and from the airport. It made arrival and departure stress-free.

I found the parking space a little too small. It was sometimes difficult to find a spot, especially during peak hours, and maneuvering my vehicle felt cramped.

The room was neat with big towels provided. The room also had reliable air conditioning and blackout curtains, ensuring a comfortable sleep. The bed was firm and supportive. I slept SOUNDLY.

the avh shuttle runs to the airport frequently. it picks up and drops off guests multiple times each hour (so convenient!). there are several room types available and even the standard room is well-equipped. it has what you need to work or relax, even entertain friends. i found the customer service excellent. ms. esinu was super helpful and always eager to assist.

my only tiny issue was the sometimes slow email responses.
