My room, a beautiful double room, was spacious and well-kept. The location was definitely convenient. It's quite close to many shops. The staff were attentive to any requests, and the service was usually prompt.

The furniture showed some signs of wear. I noticed a stain on the carpet in my room. I also experienced some noise from nearby rooms late at night. Made it difficult to relax.

bad smell outdated furniture

The room reeked of stale odors similar to old houses. A very unpleasant experience. some furniture looked worn and outdated. one elevator was out of service . the car entrance felt cramped and inadequate.

the room included ample space. the hotel arranged travel arrangements, and the tourism manager helped arrange attractions. drivers answered questions about the city. the hotel is near the metro station, about a five minute walk.

i noticed wear on some furniture. the chair had some signs of age. the central air conditioning was quite loud.

Breakfast includes indian dishes. fruits and juices were available. continental varieties were also offered, and the restaurant staff accommodated customized breakfast requests. The restaurant is spacious and well maintained.

The room was well furnished. i found the size to be ample for my needs. it contained all necessary amenities. The room decor was good. the room was also clean upon arrival.

the senior staff acted polite. receptionists looked professional, with a caring approach. the staff seemed eager to assist when called. when i asked reception for room service at midnight, it arrived quickly, within minutes.
