poor servicelimited privacy

I was disappointed with the dining options. The restaurant was just seats in the bar area. Service there was lacking. The staff didn't seem willing to assist with basic requests (like cleaning a dirty table). My "King Room City View" felt quite cramped. The shower's clouded enclosure offered little privacy, which I found very uncomfortable.

the shuttle from the airport was convenient, since it operates 24 hours!

i had issues with noise. i could hear a lot of noise, i think it came from the air conditioning units of other rooms. even earplugs didn't help me sleep well, and i had a really bad night.
