The shuttle service was good. It was convenient for airport transfers. The reception staff were friendly, and check in was easy. My apartment had everything I needed.

The carpet in the bedroom need a replacement. Beds are not very comfortable, the double was very small. There was air con only in the living dining area, there were no air con in the bedrooms.

The hotel's proximity to the airport made it SOOO convenient. I also found the availability of cooking facilities in the spacious apartment to be a REAL treat.

The bathroom floor, unfortunately, needed MORE attention. The towel turned black after wiping it. I also noticed the shower leaked, a bit annoying.

this place has an amazing location! it is super close to the airport and nearby fuel is cheap. groceries are also nearby, alongside a direct factory outlet. there is a convenient pick-up service directly from the airport, that was easy to schedule!

The surrounding gardens appear barely maintained and could use some care to look more presentable. everything else exceeded my expectations!

i appreciated the quick and efficient airport shuttle service they arranged. the desk staff was helpful and friendly . the location was convenient with useful amenities located nearby.

i found the cleanliness to be an issue as i noticed some long hairs on the floor and the toilet seat. it was clear the cleaning crew did not clean thoroughly which i find unacceptable.
