The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. My room was very clean and spacious. I especially liked the freshly cooked breakfast. It was of a very high standard, made my mornings AMAZING!!! I also got advice on a sister hotel nearby and was able to use their spa.
The street parking could be difficult to find sometimes.

the family room was perfect. it had everything our family needed (we even had a side sea view). the breakfast included was also delicious. staff were very friendly and accommodating to all our needs.
the water pressure in the shower was slightly low at times.

the staff was helpful and polite. the location was good because it was between south and central pier. it was easy to get to the beach. breakfast was very nice to.
i tried to have a shower but the water was running cold for fifteen minutes. it continued to get hot quickly. i was nearly scolded and had to jump out of the shower. there was no ventilation in the shower or bathroom.
