It required going to the eighth floor first, a minor inconvenience but still noticeable. also. I found that the room lacked air conditioning , made it uncomfortable. it was warm. And i could not adjust the temperature to my liking. this made sleeping difficult.

the hotel location was great. it was so close to the tram station , made getting around easy. the gym had a good selection of equipment. i found the staff to be friendly.

the room did not have air conditioning, this made it quite uncomfortable. i found no restaurants open on sunday. a small bar with snacks would have been helpful

I appreciated the excellent staff assistance during my early departure. The team provided a breakfast bag. It contained sandwiches, yogurt, and a drink for my early flight. I also took advantage of the wake-up call. The staff were friendly.

The restaurant closing on Sunday was inconvenient, as I had limited dining options. There was only one Asian restaurant at the airport. It was not the best experience. I would have liked more choices within the hotel itself.
