helpful staff nice breakfast usb outlets uncomfortable beds bad reception broken tv
The staff was very kind and helpful to me. The breakfast was nice every day I was there. I liked that they have USB outlets for charging my devices.
The beds are so uncomfortable I couldn't sleep well. The Wifi had bad reception and was a struggle all the time. The TV did not work .

onsite bar spacious bathroom quiet neighborhood
The hotel features a bar and restaurant. Many lovely cafes exist within walking distance, I noticed. I appreciated how quiet the neighborhood is, though. The bathroom was spacious and had instant hot water, though. The warm, traditional feel is the vibe, which I liked!
The room was freezing, I noticed, with one thin blanket. The shower was cold when I arrived after a long flight! They gave us more blankets for the rest of our stay, though.

unstable wifi musty smell
The wifi situation was abysmal. Good luck streaming anything. And the cleaning staff? Let's just say I found some questionable hairs in the bathroom. there was a noticeable musty smell permeating the room, I thought I was in a basement, not a hotel.

I liked the convenient common spaces. They enhanced the overall experience. The staff was helpful when I requested some assistance . My room was quite spacious and accommodated me very well. The location felt safe, and it was beautiful to walk around the neighborhood.
The room lighting wasn't ideal, and I found it difficult to read in the evenings. Even with all the lights on, it was still quite dim.

This hotel offers complimentary water and coffee, very convenient. There are restaurants and supermarkets located nearby, providing easy access to various dining and shopping options, thus it's a perfect spot to relax.

The room was cleaned on a daily basis and fresh towels were provided daily. The spacious room included a large TV with plenty of channels to watch. The hot water pressure in the shower was consistent and reliable.

friendly staff plenty mirrors poor reception bathroom update
the staff was quite friendly. the room included plenty of mirrors (i liked that a lot!).
the tv reception was quite poor. there was just snow on every channel. i also found that the bathrooms need an update.
