The front desk offered assistance with luggage, which I appreciated. The shuttle service ran frequently, a BIG convenience. I also took advantage of the parking for my trip. This was very helpful. Breakfast was included.

The furniture showed a LITTLE wear and tear.

The staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful, especially with directions and local information. They answered all my questions. I noticed they handled requests promptly, and seemed happy to assist every guest. ALL questions were handled professionally.

My room included a king-sized bed, a television, and a small desk. The bed was firm and comfortable for SLEEPING. The room also included standard amenities like a coffee maker and a hairdryer. I had enough space for my luggage.

The hotel offers a fitness center, though I only saw one treadmill. I believe there may have been additional equipment. A shuttle service is available to and from the airport every 30 minutes.. very reliable. The hotel also provided free parking.

A complimentary breakfast was served each morning in the dining area. The options included pastries, fruit, and coffee. It was a simple but adequate breakfast. Seating was readily available during peak hours, I noticed.

unfriendly lady extra money

the lady at the reception was very unfriendly i asked about the breakfast and she was rude when i asked about it i also noticed they took more money from my card than specified i hope i get my money back.
