Really good Stay with Harbour Views

lovely touch gorgeous breakfast helpful staff

I found the complimentary lemonade and cookies on our floor a lovely touch, alongside the daily bottles of water. The breakfast, delivered promptly each morning, was delicious. The staff cleaned off my car after a snowstorm. I really appreciated that.

The gym is very small, with limited equipment.

The hotel features a well kept fitness center with two treadmills and several weight machines. I found it adequate for a basic workout. The business center offers printing and scanning services. I saw these were useful for preparing documents.

Really good Stay Near the Harbor

quick check-in complimentary wine delicious breakfast

The check-in process was quick and the staff member provided assistance. I found a complimentary bottle of wine and pistachio biscotti in my room upon arrival. The biscotti were fantastic. The breakfast was delivered to my room on time, as ordered, and it was hot and delicious.

I found the parking situation unclear. I also believe the parking should not have an extra charge for customers.

My room was spacious and had excellent views. It had a huge shower that chucked out a good drenching. The bed was enormous and comfortable. I really enjoyed the lounge area , it was very comfortable.

The location proved convenient for exploring local restaurants.

The room was not as clean as expected, disappointing. The furniture was dated and worn, especially the heavy king-size bed. Minimal staff were present . A beverage bucket and uncovered cookies sat out overnight, which I found unappetizing

My superior king room had a GREAT balcony. it featured amazing views of THE harbor. The staff brought breakfast to my room and always on time. i found the captains lounge super cozy, complete with complimentary drinks.

i must say that the coffee in the lounge needs improving. i found it a bit weak for my taste.

The Beautiful King Room with Balcony was well-appointed, and it featured a spacious layout. The harbor view from the room was lovely. I spent some time on the balcony. Breakfast was brought to the room each morning, a great touch.

The bathroom was a bit dated and could use some minor updates, it would make it perfect.
