great location helpful staff lovely breakfast
the location was amazing! so close to piazza maggiore. the staff helped me find a parking station. the breakfast was lovely too, offering great choices.
The air conditioning was a bit noisy. Though the room itself was fantastic.

the hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood close to the city center. it is a short walk to iconic areas and approximately twenty minutes to the main train station. narrow, nice streets surround the hotel.

Breakfast offered a nice selection of food and beverages! coffee was offered on the menu. It tasted great. the dining area reminded me of a coffee house.

central location helpful staff early breakfast comfortable mattress
I enjoyed location close to the city center. The staff seemed helpful. I had early flight and they provided breakfast to go. The bed has pillow top mattress, it was comfortable.
Supplies like soap weren't always replenished.

The breakfast had fresh produce and much choice. I saw attentive wait staff who were quick to fill requests. The home made omelettes were delicious, those made by the two young ladies were great.

The air conditioning worked great. The hotel provides bathrobes and slippers . The minibar items are included in the price. Guests will find a kettle with teas and coffee in each room.

The hotel is a short walk from Piazza Maggiore and the Towers. The area is quiet even though the hotel is close to the center. I found a view to Piazza Galileo Galilei from the room.
