I found the staff very friendly. They were helpful. The free shuttle service from the airport was useful. The room was very nice. It was also comfortable.

The airport pick up process was not smooth. I arrived and had to wait in the terminal for 40 minutes. The room was old fashioned. The bed was two singles pushed together. The sheets seemed stale.

the airport shuttle was very convenient. it made my early morning flight much less stressful. the hotel had a nice swimming pool i spent some time at. the restaurant's menu featured many options.

the breakfast buffet was not great for western guests. i saw no bacon or baked beans. cold fried eggs were offered though fried earlier. the hotel charged me for a glass broken in the room! it felt greedy since i am a returning guest.

the free airport shuttle was so convenient, it saved me a lot of hassle. the rooms was spacious with free wifi, and i also had free drinking water. breakfast was a real highlight, it had such a great variety for everyone, every single taste. woow!

i had a bit of an issue, actually! i got only one hotel key and you must insert the key in the wall for power, this means AC. no bars or restaurants are open after 11 pm. room fridge drinks are warm and room service wont do alcohol. oh dear!
