the staff are very friendly. i find the food is good too. the rooms are big and clean, and the beds are great. hotel transfers are great, it made things easier.

the air condition in my room was noisy. it was hard to sleep with the air blowing all night. i think the accessories are a little old for a hotel like this. only one bottle of water was free, and i had to pay for more.

the airport shuttle was very convenient. it made my early morning flight much less stressful. the hotel had a nice swimming pool i spent some time at. the restaurant's menu featured many options.

the breakfast buffet was not great for western guests. i saw no bacon or baked beans. cold fried eggs were offered though fried earlier. the hotel charged me for a glass broken in the room! it felt greedy since i am a returning guest.

The gym was a bit basic and small , I expected better for a 5 star hotel.

the free airport shuttle was so convenient, it saved me a lot of hassle. the rooms was spacious with free wifi, and i also had free drinking water. breakfast was a real highlight, it had such a great variety for everyone, every single taste. woow!

i had a bit of an issue, actually! i got only one hotel key and you must insert the key in the wall for power, this means AC. no bars or restaurants are open after 11 pm. room fridge drinks are warm and room service wont do alcohol. oh dear!
