I found the security locks quite modern, a detail I appreciated. I also found utilities available in the kitchen very useful for preparing meals. I appreciated having an iron available. Perhaps one per room would be an improvement. The location is convenient with many shops nearby.

The soundproofing was slightly inadequate. I could hear noises from other rooms.
