the location was awesome, close to the beach. the staff was very friendly and helpful . the breakfast was great with food cooked to order.
the receptionist was rude upon check in. she seemed more interested in her mobile phone. i was told to move my car immediately and given a parking pass without being told it cost £5 per night.

I wasn't entirely happy with my room. the shower was quite small. My husband barely fit, and he's not especially tall. breakfast was okay, though they forgot the toast. dinner was mediocre at best. i also found the staff not particularly friendly, and they didn't wear uniforms so it was hard to tell who worked there. private events with loud music went on until late, even at 2 a.m. one night a drunk man was shouting in the corridor. the walls seemed thin too.

the location was great. the hotel stood very close to the beach, it allowed easy access. i found ample parking behind the building, a big help. breakfast in the restaurant included quality ingredients.
i noticed stairs to be completely unsuitable for some disability, there were too many steps and the slope felt very steep.

the room included a fridge, a great help. the ocean view from the room added much to the stay. the room felt spacious, it allowed movement.

the staff showed friendliness. they helped prepare the room for a partner's birthday as a surprise. they treated it as a family member.

the outside seating area included heaters, a bonus when it felt chilly. the hotel bar has nice decor. the bar area featured a pool table. the full cornish breakfast is excellent.

the location proved acceptable. it was conveniently situated near local attractions.
I found the room size quite inadequate. it felt cramped, even for a single occupant. the bathroom lacked proper ventilation. Moisture lingered after each shower causing discomfort.
