Late check-in is certainly possible. Guests will receive instructions on how to access the residence, including entering a code for the main door and a safe to retrieve the key.
I'll be shipping a package to the hotel while attending an event. Can it be received and stored until my arrival?

Packages can be sent to the hotel. Reception is available to sign for and hold courier parcels from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9 AM - 12:30 PM and 3 PM - 7 PM.
Are pets permitted in the accommodations? I have a small dog that travels with me.
