The staff were friendly. I received helpful information at check-in. Breakfast on the terrace was nice. They also provided a complimentary glass of wine and cheese on the terrace. I found that enjoyable. The building has art in every corner. The terrace has an very nice view.

The shower did not have hot water. The shower was outside the room. I had to walk through reception and the living room to get there. It was noisy from the street. I could hear the planes overhead. I could also hear noises from the rooms next door.

I found the hotel's location very convenient for all my activities. The staff members, Victoria, Beatrice, and Cris, were respectful and helpful. The breakfast and terrace location was perfect for me. I was impressed by the quick and efficient check-in process.

The room lacked sufficient sound insulation. External noises were noticeable at times.

Our Double Room Private Bathroom included comfy beds and a wooden floor. Free water and little cakes were a very nice touch in the room. The room was very clean.

The location has easy access to trams and buses. I often walked to the center. The hotel is located a reasonable distance from the town center, which makes it quiet. It is conveniently located near multiple attractions.
