welcome gift seasonal selection rooftop terrace beautiful view

i found the staff very amicable. a welcome gift of cheese and wine was left in my room. breakfast offered a seasonal selection, and i liked the homemade cake. the rooftop terrace provided a beautiful view.

the wooden door to my room had glass windows covered with wallpaper. this impacted soundproofing, and i could hear noise from the hallway.

The staff demonstrated care and attentiveness. reception ensured necessary information was readily available. assistance was provided promptly, and service needs were met effectively. I am thankful for their help.

Excellent Breakfast and Helpful Staff

the staff was fantastic! I was impressed with the young women managing the complex. Everyone, including cleaning and breakfast staff, was wonderful. The room was large, offering comfortable beds and a daily replaced jug of water! Breakfast was an array of different foods, with freshly baked options, and a great view accompanied it.

Our room had a wooden door with glass windows covered by wallpaper. This resulted in no soundproofing.

The staff were friendly. I received helpful information at check-in. Breakfast on the terrace was nice. They also provided a complimentary glass of wine and cheese on the terrace. I found that enjoyable. The building has art in every corner. The terrace has an very nice view.

The shower did not have hot water. The shower was outside the room. I had to walk through reception and the living room to get there. It was noisy from the street. I could hear the planes overhead. I could also hear noises from the rooms next door.

I found the hotel's location very convenient for all my activities. The staff members, Victoria, Beatrice, and Cris, were respectful and helpful. The breakfast and terrace location was perfect for me. I was impressed by the quick and efficient check-in process.

The room lacked sufficient sound insulation. External noises were noticeable at times.
