easy accessgood selectionclean room
The location allowed easy access to public transportation. It was quite convenient. the room was very clean and well-kept. the breakfast included a good selection of pastries, eggs, and fruit (i especially loved the croissants).
the soundproofing was not great, i could hear noises from nearby rooms.

high temperaturewet floor
the room temperature was difficult to regulate. the heater seemed stuck on a high setting. also, the bathroom design was flawed, as the shower lacked proper enclosure. water easily splashed out, causing the entire floor to get wet after each use. (this became quite annoying)
