I found the staff friendly and always smiling. the location is a bit secluded, which i liked, yet still close to town (that was really convenient!). i especially enjoyed the pools. They didn't close until late, so i took a dip after dinner sometimes.
I thought the key card situation could be better. There was only one key card for the room and you needed it for the power to work, a little inconvenient.

there are two pools available and both pools remain open later than usual. this allowed for nice evening swims after dinner (i really enjoyed this). themed nights and activities like live bands were available.

the location provides a quiet environment, away from city noise. it's close enough to the airport and town, about 15 minutes. the resort has its own private beach.
