The room and bathroom were very clean. coffee, tea, and water were always available. Toiletries were also available if needed. it was very centrally located to scenic sites, though, the parking was expensive! the staff was accommodating and friendly.

Grand central is about a ten-minute walk. the hotel is near main attractions and subway stations. this made it easy to get around. Several cafes and quick eats are nearby too.

i found that the location offered accessibility to main attractions. the staff was friendly, and my room had a very convenient water bottle service on the floor. i also enjoy great water pressure in the shower.
the room felt a bit small. there wasn't a street-facing window in the room, and the bed was small for two peoples.

I will choose this hotel brand again whenever available. The customer service was excellent and the location worked out really well. We used the subway every day. The station was a short walk. Nespresso coffee in the room and sparkling water in the lobby were nice additions.
The room felt a little small compared to what I expected.
