prompt response higher floor practical amenity
i experienced an upgrade after an initial ac issue the staff promptly addressed it they offered a better room on a higher floor. raquel at the front desk was particularly helpful. i also found refillable water bottles available for guest use which was a practical amenity.
the room i had initially offered limited space and lacked wall decorations beyond essential fixtures.

clean room available water friendly staff central location
The room and bathroom were very clean. coffee, tea, and water were always available. Toiletries were also available if needed. it was very centrally located to scenic sites, though, the parking was expensive! the staff was accommodating and friendly.

The reception staff were very cute. check-in took less than two minutes. All details were explained clearly. i found the staff to be very helpful and responsive to my needs.

Grand central is about a ten-minute walk. the hotel is near main attractions and subway stations. this made it easy to get around. Several cafes and quick eats are nearby too.

the staff at check-in was friendly. i was able to order food and bring it back to the lounge. the lounge area offered complimentary coffee, tea, and water (which was a nice perk!).

accessible location friendly staff small room window absence
i found that the location offered accessibility to main attractions. the staff was friendly, and my room had a very convenient water bottle service on the floor. i also enjoy great water pressure in the shower.
the room felt a bit small. there wasn't a street-facing window in the room, and the bed was small for two peoples.

Excellent Location and Service
subway access nespresso coffee sparkling water
I will choose this hotel brand again whenever available. The customer service was excellent and the location worked out really well. We used the subway every day. The station was a short walk. Nespresso coffee in the room and sparkling water in the lobby were nice additions.
The room felt a little small compared to what I expected.
