I found the front desk service to be efficient, especially when i needed help with local directions. the room was impressively clean and i noticed it was cleaned daily (a big plus for me). i also appreciated the availability of the airport shuttle. It made my early morning departure stress-free.
i did notice that the gym equipment showed minor signs of wear.
