the bed was comfortable (though i wish i had more time to sleep).
I was quite disappointed that the air conditioning in my room barely worked. it struggled to cool the room, even on the lowest setting. also, the promised airport shuttle was significantly delayed. I waited almost an hour after my scheduled pickup time, frustrating after a long flight.

the king size bed was large enough for our family. lounge access provided a good break with beer, wine, and snacks between 5-7 pm. the fish served at the lounge was awesome. breakfast offered good choices, though we found it hard to eat much after the lounge snacks.
A slight issue involved a staff member, whose behaviour seemed somewhat lacking in smiles. I feel a warmer approach could improve guest interaction.

the hotel features a private hookah area popular with international guests, i saw many enjoying beers and wine there. wifi connectivity was reliable throughout the premises. i noticed the availability of airport transfers.

Our beautiful king room had ample space, accommodating our family comfortably, it came with inr 500 hotel credit. the room provided a nice view overlooking the large pool. This added to the experience. the blinds were automatic and blackout.

The staff exhibited a professional attitude. They were clean and attentive. a special mention is deserved by gaurav, he ensured that all details were meticulously taken care of, i really appreciated it. anjana was also particularly helpful.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety. The staff was helpful and courteous I noticed. The free airport shuttle service was convenient. The room was super clean and cozy, I saw that the bathroom had good toiletries, and the bed was very comfortable.
The gym only had a few pieces of equipment.

The hotel arranged luggage assistance at 4 AM for my early flight. This was very helpful. A complimentary airport shuttle was available. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered great variety with both eastern and continental options.
The gym was a bit crowded during peak hours. This made it hard to get on some of the machines.

The staff members were very friendly and helpful, assisting with transport arrangements. Anjana, Isaac, and Manchu provided amazing treatment. I felt relaxed after my long flight, and the food was very good, especially at MoMo Cafe. I received nice service from Sanjana, Achun, and Sruthi during breakfast hours.
The air conditioning was subpar. It did not efficiently cool the room at times.

MoMo Cafe had excellent food. Paavakaai pickle was top notch. Manju provided great service. The restaurant is near the airport. I thoroughly enjoyed the lunch experience there, and the calm ambience enhanced my visit.
