The bed was VERY comfy. The steak dinner from the restaurant was quick and delicious. The bathroom was also lovely.

My experience was mixed because several things were not up to standard. the usb plug sockets near my bed were faulty. My phone did not charge overnight. the nespresso machine was out of order , which was quite disappointing. also , controlling the shower temperature was HARD . It was either scalding or freezing.

the hotel had great access to mascot station, a short walk away. the airport shuttle ran frequently and proved to be a very convenient service. i found the quick check-in and check-out process very efficient for my travel needs.
