The bedsheets had stains, which REALLY grossed me out. there WASN'T enough hot water in the shower. It turned cold QUICKLY. staff wouldn't refill the complimentary tea, it was annoying. the room didn't match what i SAW online, this wasn't acceptable. the noise from outside kept me awake at NIGHT.

The room was quiet. The air conditioning worked effectively. I found a kettle ready for tea. The staff were both courteous and efficient. Check-out was especially smooth. I did appreciate that detail. The food quality was quite good. The kitchen operates around the clock. I was pleased with the hygiene standards throughout the hotel. this aspect, WHICH I VALUE HIGHLY. The hotel provided a restful environment. The accessibility to the airport proved very convenient for my early flight. I found it easy to get a taxi. THE arranged service was punctual. The price was reasonable, a GOOD finding. Early check-in helped . This service enhanced my visit. The room felt airy. THAT was pleasant. The staff were helpful. This. I can't complain.

The bathroom could use better stain removal, mostly on the tiles.

The location was GREAT, only ten minutes from the airport. Free wifi was available and the staff was helpful. The reception area was also SPACIOUS!!!

The surroundings of the hotel seemed somewhat questionable.
