The front desk staff were helpful. They quickly addressed my questions.
The in-room safe didn't work at all, i couldn't secure my belongings, that was annoying. plus, the ice machine on my floor was out of service for the entire stay, so i had to go to another floor. It was such a hassle.

the hotel has a superb restaurant with respectful staff and delicious food. the check-in process was quick and easy, a great start to my stay. i asked for a higher room with a view, my request was accommodated promptly. the front desk staff are helpful and great.
the water pressure in the shower could have been better, it was a bit weak.
