the location was quite convenient. it adjoined the changi city mall, a definite plus. the room had everything i needed (including a filtered water faucet).

i could hear a knocking noise in my room. i am not sure if it was from the pipes or air conditioning. the tv remote was not working (though i did not make a big deal of it).

the hotel is very close to changi city point mall. i found daily shopping and dining choices convenient. the airport is also easily accessible. i liked the location.

there was no luggage assistance . a staff member watched as i struggled with my bags. i was not offered help even though trolleys were nearby. i found this disappointing.

The location near the airport worked well for my travel plans and the pool looked inviting.

I found some issues with my room I was surprised by its state. The lights decided to have a party of their own turning on at random times throughout the night and the sofa sported some rather noticeable stains it was not great. The microwave didn't appear clean.

the hotel's proximity to the airport was a definite plus , especially after a long flight. i found the connecting mall convenient , it had many dining and shopping options. the room had a premium filtered water tap , a feature i found very useful. i received prompt and efficient service when i requested any items for my room.

I found a couple of glass stains on the table . It could have been cleaner.

the hotel is situated very close to the airport , this was ideal for my travel schedule. the mrt station is easily accessible , it is connected through the mall. its proximity to changi city point mall was a real advantage.
