The staff displayed amazing friendliness. the location proved convenient, close to the mall. the buffet offered a fabulous spread, especially the variety of sambal options. I thoroughly enjoyed them. the coffee at the hotel cafe stood out.

I noticed noise travelled easily between rooms. The sound from children in the neighboring room was quite audible. this was disruptive to my rest.

the staff were very nice. chandra in the restaurant gave excellent service each night. the team at the front desk, pool, restaurant, housekeeping and concierge all ensured i fell in love with the hotel and the team (it was lovely!).

the spa massage quality was not great. therapists were talking to each other in the room and one burped over someone's face. (it was unpleasant.)
