What is the best way to travel from the airport to Maison Durante, and how long does it typically take?

You can take the TRAM from the airport heading towards the seaport 'PORT LYMPIA' and get off at the 'Jean Medecin' stop. It's about a 10-minute walk from there to the hotel.
Is it possible to reserve a parking space prior to my arrival?
