i found the breakfast variety quite satisfying with many options. the hotel provided a complimentary iron for my room upon request, this was useful for my early meetings. the staff were attentive and helpful throughout my stay.

The hotel charged extra fees not initially disclosed on the website, this was unexpected. The smell of mould was present upon arrival. i was not happy about this.

The staff addressed my inquiry about an iron promptly through the app. They provided an iron in my room upon arrival, very convenient. I stayed in a beautiful double room, it was spacious and decorated nicely. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

The air conditioning did not work at full capacity between 12 PM and check-out time. I think they reduced the power.

The hotel is located near the airport and convenient for a stopover. The room was spacious and clean, acceptable.

I had issues upon arrival. The staff were not proactive regarding the key cards. The air conditioning did not work fully between noon and checkout, an issue that was very troubling.
